Telecommunication companies collect personal details from customers when applying for new mobile services.  The data is often used for checking the credit worthiness of the customer. However, when the customer details are uncertain, they are Referred to a credit control team for manual vetting.

We are introducing the Referrals module as both a stand-alone tool and an add-on to the Orpheus Fraud Management system. The objective, apart from providing a robust search platform, is to speed up the Referrals process. The Referrals module allows an Analyst to do multiple searches on name, address and other personal details in real-time.
