However, when the customer details are uncertain, they are <em>Referred<\/em> to a credit control team for manual vetting.<\/p>\n<p>We are introducing the Referrals module as both a stand-alone tool and an add-on to the <a href=\"http:\/\/frslabs.com\/frsblog\/2013\/07\/02\/orpheus-subscription-fraud-management-faq\/\">Orpheus Fraud Management system<\/a>. The objective, apart from providing a robust search platform, is to speed up the Referrals process.
